  • Herbs: coriander mint, perilla
  • Sprouts
  • Tofu cut into small pieces
  • Eggs cooked

To roll:

  • Rice sheets

For the sauce:

  • Fish sauce or soy sauce
  • Water a little
  • Garlic pressed
  • Chili finely chopped (or little cayenne powder)
  • Carrots finely chopped
  • Cucumber grated
  • Rice vinegar
  • Lime juice



  • Fry onions and mushrooms in a little oil, add tofu and fry for about 5 minutes
  • Mix the fried with the rest of the ingredients (except the herbs)


  • Put rice sheets on a wet washcloth and let them soak
