  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 4 dl half-fat cream
  • ½ - 1 tsp cinnamon/cassia


  • Beat eggs and icing sugar until very frothy
  • Whip cream until stiff
  • Add cream and cinnamon to the egg mixture and mix carefully
  • Pour into a long cake tin lined with baking paper and freeze
