Try this cinnamon ice cream
It tastes delicious and is easy and quick to make.
If you don’t like cinnamon, you can of course use another spice
You can also prepare this cinnamon ice cream a few days in advance.
Because it has so much cream in it, you don’t need an ice-cream machine. It will also taste good if you just fill it into a long cake mold.
Then simply arrange and decorate it on the festive day.
For example, with cinnamon and dried persimmon or a delicious Christmas cookie!
Cinnamon ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 50 g icing sugar
- 4 dl half-fat cream
- ½ - 1 tsp cinnamon/cassia
- Beat eggs and icing sugar until very frothy
- Whip cream until stiff
- Add cream and cinnamon to the egg mixture and mix carefully
- Pour into a long cake tin lined with baking paper and freeze
